Evaluation of Norwegian Business-related Assistance Uganda Case Study

Purpose of the report

An evaluation of the Norwegian business-related assistance over the last 10-15 years has been undertaken by Devfin Advisers on behalf of the Evaluation Department in Norad. The evaluation is based on four case countries: Bangladesh, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Uganda, all undertaken during the second half of 2009. This is the report of the Uganda study.1 A Main synthesis report for the evaluation, based on the evidence of the four case countries, has been prepared and should be consulted jointly with this report.2
