Evaluation of Norwegian Support to Psycho-Social Projects in Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Caucasus

The main purpose of this evaluation evaluation as per the terms of reference was to provide information on the experience of psycho-social programmes run by NGOs (Norwegian Peoples Aid (NPA) and Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC)) in these areas to form a basis on which a policy can be developed for the Ministry's support to such programmes in the future.

Furthermore, the evaluation was to seek to identify a set of principles and criteria that can serve as guidelines for the support to such programmes in the future.
