Evaluation of the Strategy for Assistance to Children in Norwegian Development Cooperation

The Strategy for Assistance to Children in Norwegian Cooperation in Norwegian Development Cooperation was adapted by the Royal Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1992.

The evaluation has been carried out in two phases.

Phase 1 is a desk study of how Norway has followed up the Strategy's intentions through bilateral development assistance. Phase 2 of the evaluation is to follow up Norwegian support to three multilateral organisations - UNDP, UNICEF and the World Bank.
