Evaluation report on Manpower development programme and International Course in Animal Husbandry

The main objectives of this evaluation are:

- Provide information and advise to central aspects of the present programme and its possible continuation. - Assess the value of the manpower development programme and diploma course to the manpower requirements in participating countries. - Investigate alternative uses of the available resources. - Prepare a list of main problem areas to be covered by a possible follow-up project review.
